Shipping Policy

At CalmRise, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and aim to provide the highest level of service.

Processing time

Once your order is confirmed, it takes 1–2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option you selected at checkout.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow a processing time of up to 2 business days (for example, if you order on Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday).

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please note that these are estimates only and that orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. Delays may occur due to the courier service. If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact us with your order number so we can check on your order.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping to our customers. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Can I track my package?

As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact customer service at https://calmrise.es.

You can track your order via the tracking link in your confirmation email.

My package has not been delivered within the stated delivery time. What now?

Please contact customer service within 21 days by sending an email to info@calmrise.es. We will then check the status of your package with the courier. If you contact us after 21 days, we may no longer be able to trace your package.

I entered an incorrect address or want to cancel my order. What now?

Please contact customer service within 24 hours by sending an email to info@calmrise.es. We will handle your request right away.

My product is damaged. What now?

We only replace items within 30 days if they are defective or damaged, or if a return has been initiated. Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a further claim. Please email us at info@calmrise.es.
